Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team support@adjavis.in within 24 hrs of the product being received by the customer.

Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.

Replacement will be offered in case incorrect products are delivered.
- Layer'r Wottagirl will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
- It is mandatory to send the photos of the invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products in 24 hours. No claim will be entertained beyond the time limit.
- Refund will be issued in 5-7 working days
RETURN INTIMATION
- You can Email Us at support@adjavis.in within 2 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with Customer Support by email.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
- Product, if any, should be in original condition and (Must not be used a lot - that will be supervised by Layer'r Wottagirl).
- The box should be retained and returned - (Original packaging is required and it must not be tempered or not be stored in another package).
- All products sold on Layer'r Wottagirl are 100% genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.
- To cancel your product please write to us at support@adjavis.in.
- Replacement is only applicable on wrong or incorrect order by Layer'r Wottagirl.
